Interim services
Dog nail trimming
Long nails change the way a dog stands and walks, and can become painful. A quick, calm nail trim between grooms keeps paws comfortable, for £9.
When to book
Signs your dog needs a nail trim
Most dogs need their nails trimmed every four to eight weeks. Dogs who walk mostly on grass or soft ground, and older or less active dogs, often need them done more often.
- You can hear nails clicking on hard floors
- Nails touch the ground when your dog is standing
- Your dog slips on smooth floors or seems reluctant to walk
- Dew claws are curling towards the leg
